Last week I was lucky enough to win an OCC Lip Tar in January Rising from Cocktail Cosmetics. This isn’t just any old Lip Tar, this is a limited edition bright pink Lip Tar in aid of January Rising! If you haven’t tried Lip Tar’s before, don’t be mislead, this is not a gooey, sticky substance like a lip gloss. It has a very smooth, barely-there feel. It’s lovely to wear and the pigmentation is fabulous considering you use so little product per application.
