Elemis Radiance Collection in Illuminating

Elemis Radiance Collection in Illuminating

Hi Guys!

Ok I must admit – I’ve never been the best at taking care of my skin. Which isn’t exactly ideal as my skin is on the sensitive side and dry too, it can get pretty dull and dry if neglected. And I’ve only fairly recently realised that simply removing my makeup every day with baby wipes does not cut it as far as cleansing is concerned. I’ve been doing this for years without even giving it a second thought, and I’m sure many people do! Have a read of this post and you’ll find out why it’s really not a good idea…

Anyway, whilst on the hunt for a new skincare regime, the lovely guys at Elemis said I could try out one of their new Radiance Collection sets, including Balancing, Rehydrating and Illuminating options.

It was a toss up between Rehydrating or Illuminating for me. I instantly leaned towards Rehydrating as my skin tends to be dry, but I decided in the end to go for illuminating as I could really do with getting my sparkle back for the summer 😉

The set includes –

  1. Pro Radiance Cream Cleanser 150ml
  2. Soothing Apricot Toner 200ml
  3. Pro Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm 15ml

The instructions are really straight forward – massage the Cream Cleanser into dry skin and leave for a minute ‘to dissolve make-up and grime’, then remove with ‘damp warm mitts’. Then moisten a cotton wool pad with the Soothing Apricot Toner and wipe over the face, and finish by applying the Pro-Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm just like a moisturiser. Simples!

My only problem was that I didn’t own any ‘damp warm mitts’ or any mitts at all in fact! So I purchased some proper Elemis Cleansing Cloths to go with this set. Check me out! I think it would be perfect if one was included with the set really. My only other minor complaint is that the tube of Flash Balm is pretty small compared to the other products, as it’s just meant as a tester. I love the Flash Balm though so I’ll have so stock up again soon!

The is my first experience of Elemis products and overall i have to say I’m very impressed with this set. The products look and smell fantastic – the scent is actually a really big selling point for me – they smell clean and light and not too strong, and they leave my skin feeling clean and fresh and happy! This is one set I’ll definitely be using up quickly!

I’m going to be on the hunt for some more Elemis products when my spending ban is over, so I’d love to hear your recommendations?? xxx

I have been an Elemis user for years. I just love bring treated to the facials and body wraps at Ragdale Hall. And buy most products as soon as I see a discount. I love all the anti-ageing products especially the pro collagen marine cream. In the bath you just can’t beat the Japanese Camelia oils or the frangipani monoi scents; all so very indulgent but in my opinion worth every penny.

Anything that promises radiance is like a magnet on me, and Elemis is a wonderful brand. Great recommendation! :o) Xx

I have been using that cleanser and toner for ages and I adore them! It would take me a lot to turn from my beloved Elemis! I use their Maximum Moisture Day & Night cream too. Highly recommend!
