A fresh citrus-floral fragrance, it is complementary to the EDP version; more delicate and luminous but also unpredictable.’Following from the 2019 launch of the original Herbae scent, Herbae L’Eau has arrived just in time for the coming spring, and it couldn’t be more fitting. This is clearly Herbae’s lighter, fresher sister, and whereas the original fragrance has a distinctive green aroma, Herbae L’Eau has more of a sparkling, floral bouquet. The original Herbae fragrance was created to honour the grasses of Provence, whereas Herbae L’Eau celebrates a flower found in Provence; the white clover. I must admit I’m not familiar with white clover in fragrance, I’m sure this is the first time I’ve come across it – and it works amazingly well here.
