The MAC Rosalia Nail Colour Collection
6 December, 2021
If you use MAC products you’ll probably be aware of their nail polishes. I didn’t own any myself, but they came in a tall, slightly clunky shaped bottle with a black lid, if I remember rightly they had a good range of shades available, and from looking at their site today, I’ve now realised they’re no longer available to purchase (I’ve no idea how long they’ve been discontinued) When I saw the new Rosalia collection nail polishes though, these really caught my eye – the colours are beautiful, the bottles are striking and also beautiful – actually I think the last time MAC had a limited edition collection with nail polishes different from their standard bottle shape was the Charlotte Olympia 2016 collection – those had pointed lids too, but were no where as pretty as these.
MAC has teamed up with Rosalia, a Spanish singer famous for redefining the genre of flamenco music, for their current limited edition collection. Her full MAC collection includes 5x lipsticks, 4x matte liquid lip colours, a face palette, an eyeshadow palette and 6x nail polishes with nail adornments, and her collection focuses on a palette of neutral nude and pinks tones alongside striking reds.
These nail polishes really are as good as they look, giving fantastic coverage with only a couple of coats. I think my favourite is Sal Rosa, it’s such a pretty nude pink shade that will suit most skin tones. Here’s some info on all the available shades –
- Canela En Rama – a sparkly gold (glitter)
- Chocolate Amargo – a neutral brown (cream)
- Anis – a white beige (cream)
- Cayena – an orange red (cream)
- Sal Rosa – a pinky nude (cream)
- Sweet Aji – a blood red (cream)
The MAC Rosalia Nail Colours are £14 each and available now at MAC Cosmetics and Notino

The packaging looks awesome,.. Beauty
