I never got round to trying the original formula, so I’m not able to compare the two unfortunately, but this one does sound very promising!

• 1st digit represents your skintone, Light (L) / Medium (M) / Deep (D)
• 2nd digit represents your skin undertone. Cool (C), Neutral (N) or Warm (W)

When I tried the All Hours Foundation I was really quite surprised with how light it felt on the skin, considering it has a full coverage finish. I’ve found full coverage foundations can be tricky to work with in the past, either feeling heavy, or getting cakey and ‘cracking’ quite quickly. I can tell you the All Hours Foundation really does have amazing full, seamless coverage, and I think if you have normal to oily skin, and full coverage foundations are your thing, this could work brilliantly for you.The YSL Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara​ promises extreme 200% volume in just five strokes, in a ‘couture’ black finish. This mascara boasts YSL’s biggest brush yet, intentionally created to build oversized, volumised lashes that last for up to 24 hrs.​

The mascara itself has a fragrance-free, oil-in-water, wax formula, combined with hyper-black pigments and smudge-resistant boosters, giving Lash Clash its thick, creamy texture. YSL’s thickest mascara formula ever promises it’s easy to build, adding +200% volume in just five strokes, for next-level lashes.

I can’t tell you if it lasts as long as it says it does – I don’t think I’ve ever worn a mascara more than maybe 16 hours, but I can tell you this is a fantastic product. My short lashes can be a real pain to lift and curl, but this mascara does a brilliant job, whilst giving a good dose of volume too. I had no problems with smudging or flaking either, and it also dried pretty quickly. The brush however is very large, which could either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference.And finally the Rouge Pur Couture The Bold Lipsticks – offering intense colour and shine, in a thin, buildable texture.

The Rouge Pur Couture The Bold Lipstick formula is infused with red floral oil from the YSL Beauty Ourika Gardens as well as grape oil to give a super smooth texture, and moisturise the lips for up to 10 hours.

The finish of these lipsticks really is the perfect combination of intense colour with bold shine – it’s not glossy though, or sticky at all. The lipstick feels really comfortable, smooth and extra light on the lips, as well as slightly hydrating, and I’d say it lasted a good few hours on me before I had to re-apply. My favourite shade is definitely 12 Nu Incongru, it’s a beautiful cool toned nude beige, with a hint of pink – a great every-day colour.The shades I have above are (L-R) 01 Le Rouge, 12 Nu Incongru and 08 Fearless Carnelian.

My own photos of the swatches didn’t come out too well, so I’ve borrowed the above ones from the YSL site, also I only realised after taking my initial photos that I have two of the same shade, 08 Fearless Carnelian, so that’s why there’s only three shown above.
