The TSNC Christmas 2025 Fragrance Gift Guide
12 December, 2025
Following on from my Beauty Treats Gift Guide, I now have some lovely fragrances to share with you – enjoy!
Let’s kick things off today with some scents on the more affordable side. I have a couple of new launches from Kylie Minogue, as well as some fun fragrances from Lush…
Kylie Minogue Lovers Fleur & Lovers Noir – this his and hers duo of new launches is currently on offer at Superdrug, from £29.00 for 30ml! Lovers Fleur (for her) is an amber floral romantic fragrance, with notes of leafy greens, honeysuckle, coconut milk, tuberose, jasmine, musk, amber and sandalwood. This is a fantastically rich and extravagant, budget friendly fragrance. Lovers Noir (for him) is an amber, woody fougere fragrance with green apple, sage, pink pepper, lavender, cacao absolute, cashmere wood, tonic bean and patchouli. The result is a rich and intense, masculine scent, perfect for gifting this Christmas.
I also had to include some fantastic Lush fragrances – Turmeric Latte has to be one of my favourite Lush discoveries lately, this is such a rich and warming scent, with notes of vanilla and tonka, this really is is the ultimate cosy winter fragrance. Yog Nog Body Spray is another fantastic winter fragrance, this one is super sweet with notes of creamy butterscotch and cinder toffee – perfect for gourmand lovers. Lastly from Lush I have Cherryish Body Spray, where juicy notes of sweet cherry blend with rich chocolate for an ultra decadent, fragrant treat.
For scents that are mid-range in terms of price, I’ve gathered a few together here that fall into the £50 and up category –
Kayali Oudgasm Milky Musk Oud & Chocolate Oud – these two lovely new scents from Kayali would make fantastic gifts for oud lovers. Both options are sweet and ‘easy going’ ouds that many will enjoy. Milky Musk Oud is a beautifully soft, laconic, woody scent. It’s sweet, enticing, and easily my favourite of the two! Chocolate Oud is more of an ‘essence of chocolate’ rather than full on chocolate scent. Don’t let that put you off though, this one is also really nice, it’s sweet, woody and addictive with notes caramel apple, spiced rum and incense – this is another fantastic cold weather fragrance!
Michael Kors Pour Femme & Pour Homme Absolu – another fantastic his and hers duo. These two new launches from Michael Kors are truly beautiful fragrances. Pour Femme is an amber, fruity, floral fragrance that’s oh-so pretty. With notes of Italian mandarin, juicy pear, Damask rose, Madagascan vanilla and tonka bean, this is a real crowd pleasing scent that would make for a lovely Christmas gift. The Pour Homme Absolu is an aromatic, woody, citrus scent with notes of zesty lemon, cardamom, peppermint, lavandin, incense, vetiver and Akigalawood. Another crowd pleasing fragrance perfect for the man in your life.
Tocca Laila – this is a scent for the citrus and gourmand lovers out there. Laila has a beautiful bergamot-leaning citrus opening, warm yet fresh, leading to a floral heart, including jasmine nectar, lily of the valley and cardamom blossom. The base is sweet and ambery with toasted vanilla, white woods and golden amber. I’m really impressed with this fragrance, it’s so pretty!
Agnès B Le Parfum – another new fragrance launch, Agnès B Le Parfum is described as a daring floral bouquet, featuring white flowers including heady tuberose and sweet syringa. There’s also rich saffron in the heart and warming sandalwood in the base. The result is a floral, feminine scent, pretty, elegant and distinguished. There’s something really quite addictive about this fragrance, I haven’t smelled a floral quite like it before!
And for more high end, luxury scents, this is the £150 and up category. I have some truly beautiful fragrances here that are definitely worth trying and would make really special gifts this Christmas.
Bvlgari Baciami – I’m not massively familiar with Bvlgari fragrances, but I was so impressed when I had the chance to try Baciami, which translates to ‘kiss me’. Baciami is a beautifully sweet and feminine scent, created with the intent of capturing an Italian romance. With notes of fresh gardenia, sweet vanilla and rich amber, this fragrance is wonderfully sweet and inviting, perfect for nights out this Christmas.
Boadicea Lannosea – the perfect luxury fragrance for lemon lovers, Lannosea is rich and complex – the lemon confit accord on opening is intense and bright, almost fizzing like a zesty lemonade. As the bright citrus notes soften into the heart, rich coffee, sweet dates and a touch of rum push forward, giving the scent a layer of depth, lightened with radiant orange blossom and elderflower. The dry down is warm and opulent with supple leather blended with warming woods and hint of smoke to finish. Overall this is an intense and sophisticated scent, offering a completely different take on the classic lemon note.
Gucci Osmanthus Nectar – I’ve been so impressed with Gucci recently, with both their designer ‘Flora’ lines and their premium ‘Alchemist Garden’ collection which continues to impress me. Osmanthus Nectar is a fruity floral scent based around the osmanthus flower. With notes of sweet, fruity apricot, rich osmanthus and warming sandalwood, this is a really pretty, yet slightly unusual fragrance that’s definitely worth trying.
Acqua di Parma Fico Di Amalfi La Reserva – It’s been a while since I last tried anything from Acqua di Parma, but I have to say I was truly wowed by one of their latest launches, Fico Di Amalfi La Reserva. This is such a beautiful scent, perfect for those that enjoy uplifting, airy citrus fragrances that remind you of the most luxurious getaway on the Amalfi coast.
Byredo Bal D’Afrique Absolu Le Parfum – As soon as I tried this fragrance, I couldn’t get enough of it! If you enjoy the original Bal D’Afrique, you absolutely must try the new Absolu. This version is deeper, richer and longer lasting, with notes of blackcurrant, praline, violet and black amber, for a gorgeously gourmand take on the original bestselling fragrance.
And lastly, I had to include some fantastic discovery sets that I’ve been sampling lately.
The Miller Harris Discovery Set is a very reasonably priced at £35 and includes 8 x 2ml fragrance samples. Inside you’ll find some of the brand’s most popular scents including Scherzo, Rose Silence and Tea Tonique.
New luxury UK fragrance brand Ataratma is also worth a look, their sample set is £50 and includes 2ml vials of all nine fragrances available in their collection. There’s some lovely scents in here!
And lastly I had to include Electimuss. They have a few different sample sets available and I have their beautiful Luxury Discovery Set. This one is pricey at £90 but it does include 20 x 1.8ml samples, so you can try (almost) every fragrance available by this luxury brand.
