Well I’ve been blogging for over a year now, and I’ve only just thought about writing up a monthly favourites post! (Slow to the party or what!?) I’ve decided to write a Beauty Favourites and Non Beauty Favourites post every month now, so you can see what I’ve been loving in the last month! You can check out my Beauty Favourites here.
So here are my non beauty favourites for April…
My Yankee Candle in Vanilla Lime.
I love this candle, it’s the perfect combination of vanilla and lime, it’s sweet but not sickly, and gives my home a lovely scent. Also, not that I’m superstitious or anything, but did you know green candles are meant to promote success, luck and money?? And I just happen to have had quite a few amazing opportunities fall into my inbox in the last month!! …just saying…
Metcalfes Skinny Popcorn.
Ahh Metcalfes are such a fab company, they send out massive boxes packed full with different flavoured popcorn on a monthly basis to suit your every hunger pang. One of my favourites is the above Heat and Sweet, and also Chocolate Crackle. I should also mention it’s called skinny popcorn for a reason, ieach packet is super low in calories so they’re great for those who are on a diet or eating healthy.
Me Wanty is a random site I ‘Stumbled Upon’ recently. It’s jam packed with completely random, useless and bizarre objects, I’ve included some of my favourites above so you can see what I mean. I’ve wasted a fair while perusing these interesting wares, and did considering buying a cat wig..
ASOS Dialog Plimsols.
I don’t really need to say anything about these, except they are amazing and I love them lots! (Sorry but they’re sold out now)
Noisili is one of my new favourite sites. When I’m writing, blogging, or need to concentrate on something, I find it hard to focus with talking or music in the background, so I often end up turning everything off and sitting in silence. This is where Noisili comes in, you can choose from a host of different sounds that offer constant relaxing background noise while you work. You can also combine them so you could play relaxing rain (my favourite) and add a hint of thunder if you wish at the volume of your choice. Or if you can prefer you can listen to rustling leaves, the wind blowing, or water running (the water ones always make me think I need a wee though, ha ha!)
My Wearall Autumn Cat Knitted Jumper.
I’m totally in love with this jumper! The pretty pastel pink is seeing me through spring whilst keeping me toasty!
And lastly… Sean Paul (???) No I don’t understand either. I mostly don’t have a clue what he’s saying but I’ve noticed over the last month I have been listening to him quite a lot on Youtube. I like to try and sing along in my made up Jamaican accent and pretend I’m getting down in da club (whilst on my sofa in my onesie)
I hope you enjoyed my post xxx
