The formula features hydrating sugars to moisturize and refresh skin, while a yeast peptide helps lock in hydration.Another fantastic new product is Clinique ID (£36.00 at Clinique) – I love the idea of Clinique ID, there are 15 combinations available to hydrate your skin whilst treating it to a little something extra, depending on your needs. You simply choose your moisturiser base, then you pick your active cartridge concentrate. You can choose to target wrinkles, fatigue, pores etc. This is the perfect way to completely customise your daily moisturiser to make it work harder for you.If you’re looking for a moisturiser to also add a hint of colour, the new It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream Rosy Tone Moisturiser (£39.00 at IT Cosmetics) could be perfect for you.
